Using our experience of writers and what makes them thrive we tailor your stay to what you need. Time spent alone and time spent with Polly and your fellow writers will be different for each resident.  With Polly you decide on aspects of your project you can successfully develop during your stay. She reads extracts of your work and meets with you one-to-one to discuss your project with you in detail. The focus is on you and your professional development. The rest of the time you are left alone to write and enjoy your retreat. Informal evening workshops with your fellow residents happen every week, and you will probably find that you swap work with each other outside of this too. Dinners and informal drinks where residents can get to know each other (and interesting visitors too) round off the Fielding experience.
