Situated on the west coast of Scotland, an hour from Glasgow, Cove Park is Scotland's international artist residency centre. Fielding Programme residents stay in the centre's Cubes and Pods. The Cubes are very comfortable, private and individual living/work spaces with their own kitchen and bathroom and spectacular views over sea loch and mountains.

The Pods (as featured on the BBC's Castaway programme) are designed for groups, pairs or families and have two private 'wings' with a shared living space between.

Cove Park also has a Centre with state of the art facilities including wireless connections, computers, printers and a library. Laundry facilities are also at the centre. Fielding Programme residents can use all Cove Park's facilities. No other serious writing programme offers this level of accommodation, designed for professional artists. 

Cove Park is a rural site which offers a complete retreat experience. Informal, friendly and small we do our best to facilitate your stay so that, like many of our writers, you will come back! Cove Park is not a hotel and residents need to be prepared for a rural and independent experience.
