Hothouse is a new intensive weekend residency for budding writers. Led by poet Polly Clark and novelist Toby Litt it packs all the energy and know-how of a much longer and more expensive course into one fantastic weekend.

The sitting-room of one of the PodsThere are only eight residents, a uniquely small group which means you and your writing get plenty of time and attention. As well as a morning and an afternoon writing session led by each tutor, you also have one-to-one time with each tutor to discuss your work and evening workshops with each other. Quite simply, we've packed everything in to help you make the biggest leap possible in the shortest possible time.

Hothouse residents stay at Cove Park, just like all Fielding residents. You have private high quality accommodation in a spectacular location.
.

As well as your writing sessions and private tutorials, there is time to enjoy the wonderful setting and get a taste of the residency experience. And like all Fielding residencies, there are drinks and dinners to bring everyone together and help you make new contacts and friends.
